Filipino Skinless Chicken Longanisa

Innovative way of cooking Filipino Skinless Longanisa


Just cut the longanisa in cubes and fry
Saute' the garlic and onion 
Put the sliced fried longanisa and potatoes
Add catsup, black pepper, chili and salt to taste
Presto, one menu on the go
